As Cook, your primary focus is ensuring that all food preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to the established recipes, policies and procedures. This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week.
You will be preparing and cooking nourishing vegetarian meals for our children. Being able to cater and understand catering for dietary requirements is a must!
This in an integral role in the Centre, that requires you to be are an organised and confident cook, who takes pride in your kitchen and cooking. On the odd occasion due to staffing needs, the position may require you to work with the children.
You will need to have strong organisational and time management skills, be a clear communicator and have a high standard of cleanliness. There will be some cleaning and laundry tasks required as part of this busy role.
