The right person maybe someone unqualified who has worked in NZ with children in a group setting, someone in training or someone qualified and registered. Someone who has worked with all age groups, preschooler’s, infants and toddlers.
It is important to us to have someone who aligns to our values and philosophy when working alongside our tamariki- someone flexible, kind, and willing to learn how we do things in our Space. We are passionate about what we do and love sharing our way of being with like-minded people.
